:: Let's get started ::



Open your image in psp
Apply Xero, Vignette, settings below



Choose 2 colors from your image

1 ~ Add a 6px symmetrical border with one of your colors.
Select with your magic wand, feather and tolerance set to 0.
Fill with your chosen color.
Go to Effects, Texture Effects , Blinds and apply the settings below



2 ~ Add a 3px symmetrical border , select and fill with the second color.
Apply an inner bevel with the settings below



Apply the same blinds as in step 1.
Repeat putting a check in the horizontal box

3 ~ Repeat the 6px border (step 1)

4 ~ Add a 20px border, select & fill with the same color as the 3px border.
Go to Adjust , Noise and apply noise at 30% , Gaussian , Monochrome.
Apply Graphics Plus , Kaleidoscope at the default setting.
Apply the same inner bevel as above and blinds , with no check in the horiozontal box

5~ Repeat the 6px border (step 1)

6~Repeat the 3px border (step 2)

7~ Repeat the 6px border (step 1)

8 ~ Add a 40px border, select & fill with the same color as the 3px border.
Go to Adjust , Noise and apply noise at 30% , Gaussian , Monochrome.
Apply Graphics Plus ,Cross Shadow, at the default, adjusting the intensity to your taste.
Apply the same inner bevel and blinds as in step 4

9 ~ Repeat the 6px border (step 1)
Deselect

10~Resize if needed and add corners if you like

:: Background Tile ::



1 ~Using your selection tool with these settings



Make a selection on your framed image
Right click on your image, choose copy
Right click again and choose paste as new image



2 ~On your new image , Go to Effects , Image Effects ,
Seamleless Tiling and apply the settings below



3 ~Apply Graphics Plus, Kaleidoscope , adjusting the rotation to your taste.

4~ Apply the seamless tile again

5~Apply FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss adjusting the intensity to your taste

And that's all.
