Satin Ribbon Frame
This tutorial is done in PSP8 with no outside filters.

Download a free trial version of Paint Shop Pro 8 ~*~

Let's get started. ~ * ~ Open your image in psp and choose 2 colors ( one light and one dark) .
1 ~ Add a 6px symmetrical border . ( any color).
Select with your magic wand, tolerance and feather set to 0.
Fill with your light color.
Go to Effects , Texture Effects , Texture and apply the settings below , using the light color of your border for the fill.
Selections , Invert and apply EyeCandy4000 Matte Cut, cut out, if you have it, or a psp drop shadow.
2 ~ Add a 3px symmetrical border, select and fill with the light color again.
Add an inner bevel, settings below,.
Repeat the texture effect as in step1.
3 ~ Add a 12px border, select and fill with your dark color.
Repeat the texture effect as in the previous step, but change the fill color to your dark color.
Apply the same inner bevel.
4 ~ Repeat step 2.
5 ~ Add a 25px border. Fill with your dark color and apply the texture effect again.
While still selected , add a new layer and fill with your light color.
Apply the texture effect again, changing the fill color to the light color.
6 ~ Go to Layers , Load/Save Mask , Load Mask From Disc, and scroll the menu till you find the Net-Gd mask.
Apply, using the settings below ,
On the layer palette, delete the mask layer, then merge the group layers.
Select None, Select All and Float.
Apply the same inner bevel then Merge All/Flatten.
7 ~ Repeat the 3px border (step 2 )
