Let's get started.


::
Open your image in psp.
Choose 2 colors (Same shade, light and dark )

1 ~ Add a 5px symmetrical border with any color that is not in your image.
Select with your magic wand, feather and tolerance set to 0.
Fill with the darker color.

2 ~ Apply Gregs Factory Output , Pool Shadow at the default setting, adjusting the intensity to your taste.

3 ~ Invert the selection and apply a drop shadow or Eye Candy 4000 Matte cut cutout.

4 ~ Add a 2 px symmetrical border and fill with the gold fill , scale 100 , angle 0.

5 ~ Apply an inner bevel with the settings below.



Invert and apply a drop shadow or eye candy cutout again.

6 ~ Repeat the 5px border (step 1),
skipping the shadow or cut out.

7 ~ Add a 1 px border, fill with the gold fill and apply the same inner bevel as in step 5.

8 ~ Add a 40 px border , select and fill with with your 1st color.
Go to Effects , Texture Effects , Sculpture and apply the settings below, using your second color as the fill.



9 ~ Apply Gregs Factory Output , Pool Shadow at the default setting, adjusting the intensity to your taste.

10 ~ Apply FM Tile Tools , Blend Emboss at the default setting.

11 ~ Apply an inner bevel , same settings as above.

12 ~ Add a 1 px border, fill with the gold fill and apply the same inner bevel as above.

13 ~Repeat the 5px border ,apply Pool Shadow, same settings as before.

14 ~ Repeat the 2 px border and fill with the gold fill ,apply the same bevel.
Invert and apply a drop shadow or eye candy cutout again.

15 ~ ~Repeat the 5px border ,apply Pool Shadow, same settings as before.


16 ~ Add a 1 px border, fill with the gold fill and apply the same inner bevel as above.

17~Deselect and add a layer.
Now add your corners

:: Background Tile ::

1 ~Choose 2 colors from your image (Experiment )
Apply the sculpture setting , same settings as before, but using your new colors

2 ~Apply Pool Shadow , same settings as before

3 ~ Using the crop tool, crop the edge off your tile as the sculpture effect leaves an edge you dont want in your finished tile.

4 ~Go to Effects , Image efects , Seamless Tiling and apply the settings below.



5 ~ Apply FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss at the default setting, adjusting the intensity to 145.
