Film Screening: Shall We Kiss?
While on a job in Nantes one evening, Emilie encounters Gabriel. Although they're both attracted to each other, they each already have someone in their life. What's more, they know that they will probably never see each other again.
Even so, he'd like to kiss her. She'd also like to kiss him. But something prevents them from doing so: a story of a married woman and her best friend overcome by the effects of a kiss. A kiss that should have been of no consequence.
Playing Friday & Saturday at 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, Sunday at 7:00 pm.

The One-Month Challenge
Fair Trade Manitoba (FTM), an emerging local network, is launching a campaign called the One-Month Challenge (OMC). Participants in the campaign agree to exclusively shop fair trade when purchasing coffee, tea and chocolate over a 30-day period.
Shopping Fair Trade makes a real difference in:
* Enhancing the working and living conditions of producers;
* Encouraging greater consumer responsibility; and
* Promoting ethical values in the marketplace in Manitoba.
Based on the experience gained in Feb. 2007 (limited pilot campaign), and in October 2007 (expanded campaign), FTM is launching an even bigger campaign starting on February 14, 2008. The primary objectives of the campaigns are to have a real and lasting impact on the marketplace, as well as to increase the base of informed consumers.
For more information, visit the FTM website at www.fairtrademanitoba.ca
The 100 Mile Manitoba Diet
Imagine people consuming food found only within a 100 mile radius for 100 days. How could they live without salt or balsamic vinegar? And how can you be involved? Education groups are being scheduled to learn valuable skills needed for this diet. The 100 Mile Manitoba Website lists food resource links. Find out more at www.100milemanitoba.org
Things to Remember: ** We are not the Eating Patrol. ** 100% Participation is not required. Try a 100 Mile Meal once a week, or have a 100 Mile Dinner Party for just 1 night. ** Remember, there are tasty exceptions to every rule.
