Rental Rates: June 27 to September 12th Weekly rates are $1200 (no weekends or daily) For the period Sept 13th - June 26th $700/week , $300/weekend , or $175/night. AVAILABLE - 15' Super Snapper boat & 9.9 h.p. motor $300/week or $50/day - 25 h.p. motor is an extra $50/week or $10/day.Life jackets are supplied. Rates based on Maximum of 8 occupants. Sorry...NO PETS indoors !! No Smoking Permitted indoors. Deposit of 50% is due upon booking. Accomodation fees are due at checkin with cash or PayPal. Sorry...No personal cheques. Cancellation Policy: 50% of deposit refundable upon 55 days notice. Extra Persons: Everyone must be included in count, regardless of age. No overloading allowed. Additional persons by pre-arrangement only. $35 per person per night, or $150 per week. Children 2 and under are 1/2 price. ALL Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Unconfirmed reservations are subject to availability, and may be rented to another party. First come first served basis. Includes pots, pans, dishes, linens, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, cutlery, full size fridge and stove, satellite TV, Central Air Conditioning(if you need it), and water cooler if you prefer bringing your own water. Offers 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds. Security deposit of $500 ($750 if rented with boat)for weekly or weekends, due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.
