The bike comes with a Kick Stand, Windshield, HandleBar Mirror, small Hand Pump, Rear Luggage Rack,
"Trailer" and a SpeedOmeter. The Seat position is adjustable. This bike should fit 5'6" to 6'2".

We are offering a Bicycle Maintenance Course.
Are you tired of taking courses that show you how to fix
the instructor's bike but not your own? Well if you are, this is
the bicycle course you have been waiting for.
We will show you how to:
- Disassemble and re-assemble your own bike.
- Change Tire and Tube.
- Replace Gear cables and Brake cables.
- Overhaul your Wheel Axles.
- Overhaul your Head Set.
- Overhaul your Crank and Pedals.

This course will take two (2) evenings, about two (2) hours each
night, or one (1) afternoon four (4) hours.
Reserve early to insure your spot! Tech Tips: Saddle
Position
- The correct saddle position is easy to attain. We help you
avoid some common problems.
- If your seat is too low, you waste energy and invite cramps. If
your seat is too high, you can stress your knees. Either way,
excessive hip motion increases friction on your seat bone. When
your seat is at the correct height there should be a slight bend in
the knee with the pedal arm in the six o'clock position and the
flat (sole) of the foot, is parallel to the ground.
- If your seat is sloping forward, your weight shifts onto your
hands creating discomfort. If your seat is sloping backwards, you
become unstable and uncomfortable. Adjust the seat position by
placing a yard stick on the seat, and adjusting the seat so that
the yard stick is parallel to the ground, then fine tune the angle
for optimum comfort.
- The seat may also be moved forward and backward to increase
your comfort and power.
- The seat shape and construction also play a big part in your
comfort.
