Swordfish :
Hugh is reported to have been signed to play in this spy thriller with
John Travolta
which begins shooting in the fall.
The following quote comes from Moviemafia.com.au(click to link there.)
"Australia's latest conqueror of Hollywood, X-Men's Hugh Jackman, is
star John Travolta's personal choice
for a main role in the new suspense-thriller Swordfish.
Negotiations are under way in New York and Los Angeles for Jackman's
services for Swordfish as he continues to work on the New York shoot
of Animal Husbandry, also starring Ashley Judd and Greg Kinnear.
If Jackman accepts the Swordfish offer he will play a recently-
released computer hacker co-erced into a huge heist by someone who
may be or may not be a U.S. intelligence officer.
Jackman's major triumph as the clawed Wolverine in X-Men has
triggered more than 20 firm offers for major films from top Hollywood
and European studios and producers, but if he accepts the Swordfish
bait, he'll be busy until the end of the year."
