Based on the Super Soaker
60, the Multi-Directional Soaker also included a nozzle with a twist handle
that could change the firing direction without pointing it directly at
the target. This allowed for shots around corners at warriors foolish enough
to think they could hide from the MDS!
Unfortunately, today the
MDS is only good as maybe a sidearm, and very useful for firing around
corners in urban settings. But as a Main weapon, you'd better be a fast
runner...
Some MDS packages included
the XTC (eXtra Tank Carrier) with 2 reserve tanks on a belt.
