11 NOVEMBER 2006    added an audience-shot video of "The Agony Is The Ecstasy" from 1982 as well as a performance of the Conspiracy of Women as broadcast on the German TV Programme "Offbeat" in 1989. please see the media section. 07 NOVEMBER 2006    reorganized the entire media section. added 8 no wave era photos from the 'Kill Your Idols' DVD + some more recent promotional shots. in addition, videos are now hosted on youtube.com. a live video of race mixing also from the DVD, as well as the trailer to 'The Gun is Loaded' has been added. expect more frequent video updates in a not so distant future, maybe. 14 AUGUST 2006    added photos from the July 1998 issue of The Wire + one photo from the "Berlin Super80" CD/DVD/Bookset on the media page. 13 FEBRUARY 2006    Angry Women interview from 1991 now added to archives - highly recommended. section now split into 3 parts: interviews/primary-source texts; reviews/articles; and c. lyrics/lyrical guesses. also added an article/live review from the St. Petersburg Times (Russia) in March of 2004 and a review of Paradoxia by Bookforum in Spring of 1998. fixed a few mistakes on the teenage jesus discography page. 09 FEBRUARY 2006    Please note the new address (& contact info, above) for the website: http://ca.geocities.com/lydialvnch It was moved as the previous webspace account was related to my old e-mail, which for various reasons has been removed.
