Nakayamakai Member Receives Her PhD
Stephanie Skoyles receives PhD Tues, 7 June 2005 from President of
Marquette U. as reported by her Father Fr Douglas Skoyles below.
We are home safely if wet after 9000km in Kathryn's perfectly performing
1994 Plymouth Acclaim. Great shopping, good history on the return leg
(Coffyville, Abilene, Ellsworth, and Hays). Avoided the tornados but saw
some interesting skies. Hundreds of yellowheaded blackbirds and hundreds of
pronghorns. A great horned owl in flight could not compare to the burrowing
owl. The photos were sent to us by an assistant to the President of
Marquette. The newly minted PhD looks rather happy!
