North Woods Fibre Blend

This blend is inspired by a summer afternoon, walking through the woods. The trees are relatively young, and far enough apart that here and there the sky can be seen through their leafy branches. I chose green boucle yarn to represent leaves, a smooth, dark green yarn to represent pine needles, boucle brown yarn to represent the tree bark and a thin, yellow thread to represent the narrow sunbeams that filter through the leaves to dapple the ground with golden light.
