Lord Jesus, I praise You, I bless You, I give Thee grace for all my brothers. That by Your Kindness,
You have delivered from the hell of war and that now You want to deliver from the evil of remorse that
they lived at this present time. Holy Father, put Your Kind hand unto them, to give them relief, support
and healing. Jesus, You went down to hell to retrieve the ones belonging to You. Now, I pray for these
victims, that by Your Grace were brought back, but traumatised by the horror, the atrocity, the butchery,
the killing and the rape that were part of the wars. All these soldiers were victimize by their remorse,
who are having difficulty today, to face a regular life because they have suffer so much from it.

Lord Jesus, heal their eyes that have seen so much atrocity, horror and evil doing, by making them
see Your goodness, Your kindness, Your true Love through the beauty of Your Creation. Even on the birds
that are less of important, You look onto them for their good. How much more will you look onto these
veterans which are your children and for who, You are their only and last hope.

Holy Father, heal their sense of smell stained by the stench of blood, flesh and death. Have them enjoy
the scent of pine trees, flowers and of the forest that surround them, so they can glorify you, Holy father,
for the marvellous creations you have done.

Lord, their ears were traumatised by the lamentations of agony, the supplication of fright, the tormenting
sound of bombs. Heal their ears so once again, they can hear the chants of the bird, the trickle of the
stream, the breeze in the trees and the silence of the life in them. And above all, Your words in them,
giving them the thirst for life.

Oh Jesus, change the howling, the cries of their distress engraved in their memories, in their mouth and
even in their silence by the lack of words cause by their pain. Heal, Heal by Your Grace to make their
howling become a exclamation of joy, and their cry, a cry of thanksgiving to glorify your Holy Name. All
the hate, rage and incomprehension, the fright of living and the desire for dying. By Your Grace Lord,
change it into rage of living for you with all your love in them. To understand and console those who
do not have the chance to know you. Lord of love, mercy, patience, kindness and of deliverance.

Lord Jesus, change their nightmare onto the vision of Your Glory to come. Them who by nature, are fighters,
simply permit, my God that they become soldiers for Your Justice, Your Love and Soldiers of truth.
Give them your whole armour : having girded their waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of
righteousness and having shod their feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking
the shield of faith with which they will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Give
them the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. By Your Spirit,
oh Lord, permit them to pray at all time and reminding them that you will answer their prayer of faith
in Your Name, by giving them what they will ask.

Lord Jesus, for these men that had not hesitate to face the enemy who were on their path. I pray onto You
Heavenly Father make them realized that the hell they were in and that You had them come out of it was a
pale figure of the one to come for whom did not believe in Your word. even if they think that the one
they live now, after their return is worse then the one they were in. Teach them to overcome their real
enemy, the devil who made them believed their cause was a lost cause by pushing them into discouragement
and despair because of his lies.

Jesus, You have given us the example by Your courage and by Your love in conquering death, by Your
forgiveness toward the wickedness of the men that wounded, scourged, bruised, nailed and pierced You.
Because You have already forgive them, teach them to forgive themselves. Give them back their courage
that they had before their enemy the devil changed it into cowardice by his lies.

To honour Your Holy Name, teach them to live in Your peace, by opening their heart so they can see,
by Your light all the wonders that are at their disposition. Chase the darkness away from their heart,
that Your enemy the devil, by his stratagem, use to try to tarnish Your light and deliver them from his
hand that makes them perish instead of living.

Only You, Jesus can lead them on the road that You have already trace for them, for they can recover
their real identity and gain back their dignity. Make them glorify You for Your Love, forgiveness, kindness
and justice. Because they were deceived by the enemy the devil, bring them back to Your truth, only You
are the truth, Lord Jesus.

It is in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, that I, my brothers, and all your children asked You for each one of
them and for all the ones they will testify to.

This prayer is done in memory of the veterans, that came back from Vietnam and for the other veterans of
wars that happened before and the ones, presently in progress.

I wish to thank the veterans that broke the wall of silence to testified to me their sufferings even
through the cause of their burden..
