Current CollectionHere are some of the hockey jerseys I have collected over the years.Mid 1990's Toronto Maple Leaf home jersey (Felix Potvin) "The Cat" was one of my favourite players so this one was purchased for truly sentimental reasons. Charlestown Chiefs Home Jersey (#17) Any true hockey fan would have seent he classic movie Slapshot and would therefore know the significance of this jersey. Team Canada Replica Hockey Jersey (Mario Lemieux) This jersey is from the late 1980s and not in the best of shapes, but still a worthwhile collectible. Early 1990s Chicago Blackhawks Away Jersey (Chris Chelios) Chelios has been one of the toughest defenseman to have played in the NHL and his gritty style was always something I admired. Early 1990s Quebec Nordiques Away Jersey (Claude Loiselle) Why Loiselle? Don't ask...an impulsive garage sale buy. Early 1990s Anaheim Mighty Ducks Home Jersey Just a fad, wanted the jersey when the team first joined the NHL. Midget hockey practice jersey, "Abitibi" Don't know a whole lot about this one, excpet that it looks like a practice jersey for a team sponsored by the Canadian pulp and paper giant Abitibi Consolidated. |
