- I seek by my description of the daily life to achieve two goals ;
- - a pictorial objective;- To cover the subject in an esthetic way (with my direction) , to order and limite the stylistic effects, simplifying to the maximum the drawing to insist on the very worked colors (created starting from primary colors) giving a very direct expression to the painting.
- - a philosophical objective; - By using the banality, the daily life, to compose with elements whose apparent formal logic (composition and colors) is contradicted by clashing aspects (choice of the subjects, framing, irrealism). Works make think of false advertizings, or photographs of family or holidays. The purpose of this step is to show the absurdity of our daily life, not without humour, marrying with its harmonious side, the whole has as an ambition to summarize our existence...
