Your
fishing guide will make your charter one that you will never forget. There is nothing
like having the satisfaction of just landing a fish after battling it for 20 to
30 minutes.
Our
boat the "Spirit of Tobermory" is a
spacious 28 foot boat with a 11 foot beam that
provides lots of room to move around to fully enjoy your charter. Our boat
is inspected & certified yearly by Transport
Our
fishing gear is second to none with Walker Temp Sense Downriggers, Abu Garcia
7000 level wind reels, Shimano mooching reels, Fenwick HMX rods and Planer
Boards. Our electronics include an Eagle Mapping GPS, Eagle Fishfinder,
2 VHF Radios and a Cell Phone.
With
all the above equipment and your captain and crews local knowledge we enjoyed a
98% success rate the last 6 years.
Nice Laker
While on your
charter you will have the opportunity of catching salmon, splake
and trout. You will also learn about downrigger fishing and how everything works
from the time the lines are being set up till the moment of the release.
RATES
Charters are 4
hours long and cost $ 300.00 for up to 5 people. We are currently licenced to carry 5 people. Includes an
experienced captain and crew and all the necessary fishing equipment. We
also clean and pack your catch on ice.
