Elmira Cat Rescue is a grassroots, volunteer organization in Southern Ontario, concerned with the overpopulation of abandoned cats that are trying to survive on our streets and the surrounding rural roads. Our purpose is to work locally to rescue abandoned and neglected cats and help stop needless suffering. We do this through public education and a health and spay-neuter program for the cats that are rescued. We have a no kill policy and all animals remain with us until the right adoptive home is found.
