1. Credit is nice, but not required. A link to me on your user page would be highly appreciated.
2. Don't claim credit for yourself, that's the same as stealing.

To use my templates:
1. My templates are saved in .gif format, so to use them, save to your hard-drive, open them in your graphics editor and erase the background colour. Be creative with the areas you make transparent!
2. Don't claim credit for yourself, that's the same as stealing.
3. Please link to me somewhere on your webpage.

Requests:
I gladly take requests for templates or avatars, though keep in mind that what you want may be beyond my skill level.
