Born midst hills of blue
many were the friends of youth
be they furred, feathered or fey
for close we lived to realms unseen

But to stay in that fair place
was not to be my fate
my path led cross many a land
and of travails were there many

Then came a day when my steps were led
by unseen means to this place
And softly a voice heard
"Here be the reward for trials passed."
My place is found at last.
