up the “Model Filter: Change Current” pop-up which lists the "Available Filters” (WORKAREAS) and “Visible Models” (models that are
contained in each area). You may change the current work area
(SESSION+WORKAREA+APPLY)by
selecting a new “Available Filter” then selecting OK or APPLY. |

| RECOV(ERY) |
enables user-defined return-to point when using session. When you use
MODEL+SWAP you change which model is active. If you have made changes
to the active model CATIA allows you to automatically FILE+WRITE the active
model before it is changed. To accomplish this/recovery must be ON.
When you type in /recovery you must specify what CATIA file you want the
model written into. It should be a file where you have write permission. |

Writes the current session with the same name. The “SaveSession
Options” pop-up shows the available choices. |
| SAVESAS |
Write the current session with a new name. |
| SESC(OM) |
Comment panel for the SESSION. Like FILE+COMMENT, but a little
different. FILE+COMMENT takes you to the comment page of the active
model, /sescom takes you to a comment panel that goes with the session. |

of cursor size selection sensitivity cursor type selection mode |
| SH(OW) |
highlights everything in ACTIVE model. |
| SK(ETCH) |
invokes the dynamic SKETCHer function |
| SOLPAR |
This will create the parameters corresponding to the solid primitive.
(Like SOLIDE/M+ANALYZE+SELF+PARM). /solpar works on a ditto within
a solid (macro ditto). If you try to use ANALYZE+SELF+PARMon a macro
ditto, the message is “PRIMITIVE CAN’T BE ANALYZED”. |
| SOLPATT |
establishes pattern for multi-use primitives |
| SOLS(IZE) |
KEY SOL SIZE LIM(KB) will define a size limit to describe a solid.
When the size is reached the message “MAXIMUM SIZE OF SOLIDREACHED” is
displayed. For example type in /solsize and the system will prompt
you for a size limit. Type in 800 and when the solid becomes larger
than 800KB the message will display. Note: This is not the ERASE+PACK
values (size of the model) but the SOLIDM/E+ANALYZE+SELF+NUMERICvalues
(size of the solid). |
