The Fifth annual International Women's Week Cabaret of Monologues was the final one, unknowingly, just discovered recently. Those of you who came out this past March of '08 saw our farewell performance. I'm sad, as are the artistic director and the other performers. It was a workout for me as an actor and quite the experience to have worked with such challenging pieces of writing with such a bunch of talented women. I'll have these memories cherished and pieces to use for future theatrical auditions to come. Too bad it's no more, but I'm glad to have performed Cheryl Neill's piece ("Always, Alldays, Carefree") for the last time. If there are any changes, I'll let y'all know.
