Japanese Curry Rice 750g
meat (chicken,
beef, lamb, prawns) 2
large onions 2
large potatoes 2
large carrots 700ml
water 1
block Japanese curry Fry
meat and onions. Add
potatoes, carrots and water. Cook
fifteen minutes. Add
curry block. Serve
with rice.
The
block curry comes from the Asian Food section in some supermarkets or
specialty stores like the Chinese Emporium in Moonah. |
