About Natsuki Iwakura
Natsuki is one of the oldest females in the Pia Carrot #4 staff. She is a year younger than Akemi & have known each other since elementary school. She's working as the manager of the restaurant until Akemi is approved for that position.
Natsuki is quite strict & professional. Plus, she has a lot of class as she is very mature. She prefers Akihiko to work in the storage room a lot since he & Noboru are the only male staff members & can do labour work.

The most merchandises of Natsuki you will probably see is from conventions in Japan. There are a lot of Natsuki resin garage kits made by fans. I rarely see any Natsuki commercial merchandises available, probably because she isn't a popular character.
Personally, I like this character even though she has this snobbish characteristic. I probably have this fetish for mature/older girls or something.
