Bean Salsa Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can black beans, washed and drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cups thick and chunky salsa
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
- tortilla chips
Directions:
- In an 8 inch square baking dish, spread the refried beans evenly over the bottom; sprinkle with black beans. corn and half the green onions.
- Mix together the lime juice and salsa and spread over top.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and garnish with remaining onions.
- Cover and refrigerate until read to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips
